TUTUNIK - KENYA COFFEE
Processed at the Thuti washing station in the Othaya district of Nyeri, this lot is the collective work of the Othaya Farmers Cooperative Society producers who have cultivated coffee on volcanic soils above 1,700 metres since 1958. Cherries are pulped, aerobically fermented, washed, sorted by density, and carefully dried outdoors.
A classic Kenyan cup of exceptional clarity: dark chocolate and biscuit on the nose, with a bright
citric and lactic acidity that gives way to a structured, clean finish. Medium body, creamy tactile,
and the unmistakable terroir of Nyeri's volcanic highlands.
