Setegne Kifle harvests the cherries by hand and dries them whole under the Ethiopian sun, letting the fruit slowly transfer its sweetness into the seed over weeks. The result is a coffee that doesn't ask for sugar — it arrives already carrying it.
In the cup, expect a wave of honey and ripe tropical fruit — kiwi, lychee, passion fruit — balanced by the depth of dark chocolate and the delicate lift of jasmine and green tea. The body is creamy and smooth, with a medium acidity driven by malic and tartaric notes that keep every sip bright and alive.
